What’s New in DigiFi: AI Improvements, Address Search Updates, and New Ways to Invite Applicants

This product release includes several updates aimed at streamlining applicant invitations, improving data accuracy, and enabling end-to-end automation:

• Continued investment in our AI Agent for Tasks to handle more complex workflows and process larger documents
• Easier borrower onboarding through intermediary-triggered application invitations
• More flexible address search with an upgraded Google Places integration

AI Agent: Enhanced Image Handling and Performance

This release delivers continued investment in the capability and resilience of our AI Agent feature, which can be used to automate application tasks. We have implemented new image compression mechanisms, allowing the agent to process larger images while maintaining strong performance.

This improvement ensures the agent can scale alongside your evolving workflows and paves the way for greater AI-driven automation in the future.

Intermediaries Can Invite Borrowers to Apply

We’ve introduced a new capability that allows intermediaries to invite borrowers to start an application directly. With this update:

• Intermediaries (e.g. contractors, auto dealers, brokers, etc.) can send prospective applicants a direct link to apply via the digital borrower portal
• The intermediary is automatically associated with the application when the borrower submits their application
• Invitations can be sent by email or shared manually via a copied link
• Platform admins stay in control with a portal-level setting to enable or disable this feature

This enhancement removes friction from the application handoff, improves attribution, and helps intermediaries move faster - especially when working with borrowers who prefer to start the process themselves.

Better Address Search, Globally

We’ve upgraded our integration with the Google Places API to the newest supported version, unlocking improvements to address handling across the system.

What’s new:

• More accurate and relevant address search results for all address variables
• The ability to search for addresses in up to 15 pre-specified countries at one time
• An option to search without country restrictions

This update is especially valuable for lenders operating across multiple regions, ensuring faster form completion and fewer address-related errors.
