New in DigiFi: HTML Email Templates, More Payment Schedules & Jack Henry SilverLake Integration

Our latest release brings three updates that give you more control over the emails you send, more flexibility in how you structure loan repayments, and a new set of integrations for lenders running Jack Henry SilverLake.

HTML Email Templates

DigiFi now supports HTML Email Templates alongside the existing Standard Templates. With HTML templates, you can customize email content and layout using HTML and dynamic variables, going beyond what the standard template builder allows.

With HTML templates, you control every part of the email: structure, colors, fonts, and layout. You can reuse designs from your marketing team or other systems, and still insert dynamic variables and system fields, such as the borrower's name or loan amount, so each message reflects the application it's sent from.

Standard or HTML: Choosing the Right Template

Both template types are available side by side, so you can pick the right one for each communication.

Standard Templates automatically apply the branding settings configured for your organization in DigiFi. They're a good fit when:

  • You want to start sending communications quickly, without design or HTML work
  • Your team prefers creating emails in a simple rich-text editor
  • A consistent, clean look across all emails matters more than a custom design

HTML Templates don't use the branding settings. You can build them entirely yourself. They're a good fit when:

  • Your emails need to follow detailed brand guidelines
  • You already have email designs you want to reuse, from your marketing team or other systems
  • Different communications call for different layouts

Both template types can be used in automated workflows or when sending an email manually from an application.

Amortization Table: New Payment Periods

The Amortization Table module in Decision Strategies now supports additional payment schedules, giving you more flexibility when configuring loan repayment terms.

New Payment Period options include:

  • Weekly
  • Bi-Weekly
  • Semi-Monthly

Jack Henry SilverLake Integrations, Now In The Marketplace

Banks using Jack Henry SilverLake can now connect more easily, using new integrations available in the DigiFi Marketplace:

  • Search Customer: retrieve an existing customer record
  • Create Customer: create a new customer record
  • Create Account: create a loan account
  • Create Collateral: create a collateral record

Together, these let you move data from DigiFi into your SilverLake core as part of your origination process, without custom development.

Ready to try them out? HTML Email Templates and the new payment periods are available now in your DigiFi account, and the Jack Henry SilverLake integrations can be activated from the DigiFi Marketplace.
