Fresh improvements are now available in the DigiFi platform to help you manage permissions, streamline manual application entry and enhance API-driven integrations. These updates give you more control over how your LOS operates - and how your team collaborates.
Here’s what’s new:
New Status Role-Based Permission: View Applications in a Status
A new status-based permission has been added to DigiFi’s existing suite of role-based controls.
Now you can define which user roles can view applications based on their current status, giving you even more precision in managing access:
- Limit visibility to certain stages of the applications lifecycle.
- Ensure teams only see applications relevant to their work.
- Support data security and compliance by controlling access at a granular level.
These new permissions complement the existing role-based controls, offering greater flexibility as you design role-specific workflows.
Application Form Improvements: Optional Application Details Tab
Not every loan product requires the same data, and now your manual application forms can reflect that.
When creating manual applications in the Lending System, the Application Details tab is now optional, and configurable per Loan Product:
- Include it where detailed application info is needed.
- Omit it for simpler products.
The result: a cleaner, faster manual application process that adapts to your products.
API-Only Metadata
For teams building advanced integrations, you can now add metadata fields that exist exclusively in your API layer without appearing in the LOS UI.
Why use it:
- Store system-level or integration-specific data invisibly.
- Keep the LOS interface clean and focused for your users.
- Maintain a clear separation between operational data and technical metadata.
