This release focuses on improving outbound marketing and communications, giving teams full control over how messages are sent, tracked, and tied to the right application.

Twilio Added to DigiFi’s Marketplace

To enhance SMS messaging within the platform, we now offer a built-in Twilio integration in the DigiFi Marketplace.

Getting started is simple:

  • Head to DigiFi’s Marketplace and connect your Twilio account
  • Choose one or more verified phone numbers
  • Set a default sender number

Once connected, text messaging is instantly available throughout DigiFi, with no custom development needed.

Text Messaging – Manual or Fully Automated

With Twilio connected, DigiFi lets you send text messages right from the platform.

  • Send one-off SMS messages directly from an application
  • Automate texts using the Automation Builder (reminders, status updates, next steps, etc.)
  • View every text message right in the application communications timeline

Better outreach, fewer follow-ups, and smoother progress for borrowers and intermediaries alike.

Smarter, More Flexible Email Sending

Emails through DigiFi have also gotten a lot smarter.

  • Rich-text editor for polished, professional messages
  • Document attachments (uploaded or linked directly from application files)
  • Use multiple verified sender addresses
  • Send to multiple recipients, including third parties, in automation workflows

Everything you need to send a complete, professional email now lives inside DigiFi, with no more bouncing between tools needed.

Intermediary Communications, Fully Tracked

Emails and texts sent to intermediaries are now tracked alongside borrower communications. With this release:

  • Emails and SMS sent to intermediaries are tracked just like borrower messages
  • Communications are visible at both the application level and in the intermediary profile

Everyone involved in the application process stays aligned, and teams gain better visibility into partner interactions. 

Didn’t Happen in DigiFi? Log It Anyway.

Not every call, email, or text happens inside the platform – and that’s okay! With this release, you can:

  • Manually log phone calls, emails, or texts that occurred outside DigiFi
  • Add communication records via UI or API
  • Associate each record with the correct borrower, intermediary, and application

These new tools can help you maintain a complete communication history, without forcing all conversations into one channel. Nothing falls through the cracks, even if it happened outside DigiFi.

Less Complexity, More Clarity: Outbound Only

As part of this release, DigiFi is reducing inbound email parsing, which added complexity and edge cases that led to customer confusion in certain cases. Instead, we’ve re-focused on what matters most:
